Our Policy on Digital Products

Sijilmasa LLC sells digital products — including AI prompt libraries and startup growth utilities — that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because our products are intangible digital goods that become immediately accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed or a product has been delivered.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • No access delivered: You were charged successfully but never received access to your download due to a technical failure on our end.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Corrupted or inaccessible file: The product file is corrupted or otherwise inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days of your report.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email support@sijilmasa.net within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will respond within 2 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Products where the download link has been accessed.
  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
  • Dissatisfaction with content that accurately matches the product description at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly. Unresolved chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in the termination of your account and access to future purchases.
