All products sold by Sijilmasa LLC are intangible digital goods — including AI prompt libraries and software-based startup growth utilities. Products are delivered digitally and made available for download immediately upon confirmed payment. No physical goods are shipped.

You will receive access to your download via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address at the time of purchase.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the plan purchased:

• Starter: Individual use only. One person, one business.
• Pro: Individual or small team use across your own projects and clients.
• Team / Enterprise: Extended commercial license for teams, agencies, or educational use. License scope defined at time of purchase.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share any product or its contents with third parties outside of the scope of your purchased license.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, prompt text, frameworks, templates, and utilities included in our products are the intellectual property of Sijilmasa LLC. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity.
• Train competing commercial AI models or create derivative prompt datasets for resale or redistribution.
• Create derivative works based on our products for redistribution or commercial sale without an appropriate license.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are subject to change at any time; the price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged and is final.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed. Please see our full Refund Policy for details on the limited circumstances under which refunds are granted.
